Temp-to-Perm provides experienced international nurses on 24-month temp assignments. The temp-to-perm nurses form a nurse pool your facility can transition to full-time staff at the end of the assignment term. To-date our temp-to-perm service has transitioned 70% of the nurses to staff. Here is a selection of the service highlights.
Trained, Experienced RNs
- Temp-to-Perm RNs are experienced international RNs (2+ yrs.) that complete rigorous pre-orientation training, which includes clinical rotations at a US acute care hospital.
Develop Permanent Full-Time RN Staff
- 70% of our Temp-to-Perm nurses have hired on as full-time staff at the client facility.
