Summer Referral Competition.
We're paying a $1,000 cash prize to the person that is the most active referral source this summer. The $1,000 payout is in addition to the money you earn every time your referral employee works for HealthOne! That's right, it's in addition to the normal referral earnings. How do I win the prize? Simply earn the most referral points between May 18th and July 31st. You get 1 point for every travel employee you refer and ½ point for every per diem employee. Terms
**Referrals must begin a travel assignment during the promotion dates to be counted as a full employee referral. Referrals that begin per diem work with HealthOne during the promotion dates are counted as one-half an employee referral.
**To be counted towards referral points the referral can not have worked for HealthOne before.
**A travel assignment is defined as a contract assignment of 4 – 13 weeks in duration with a commitment of 36 work hours per week.
**A qualified per diem assignment requires at least 3 shifts to be worked prior to August 1, 2009.
**The promotion will not be awarded if no qualifying participant accumulates at least 2 points during the promotion period.
**If there are multiple individuals tied for the prize, the prize will be equally split among them.
**HealthOne Staffing reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion terms at any time.
