Minimum Employment Qualifications
To qualify for HeatlhOne employment and work visa sponsorship you must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or the equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of current clinical experience in your specialty
- Excellent patient care skills
- Ability to fluently speak, read and write English (IELTS certificate preferred)
- CGFNS certificate and/or NCLEX-RN license
HealthOne’s 4-Step Employment Process
1. Evaluation

- You must first complete the HealthOne Employment Application.
- After you complete the employment application and it’s determined that you meet our minimum employment
qualifications skills checklist(s) and unit-specific competency exam(s) will be emailed to you for completion
- If you pass the exams you will begin the interview process. Interview(s) may be conducted by telephone, in-person or via videoconference.
- If you pass the interview stage and we determine you meet the requirements for an open position we will offer you an employment contract.
